Terms of Business for BAHH Hospitality Group Limited and BAHH Limited

By engaging our services or making a payment, clients agree to these terms, which are legally binding under English law. These terms will be accessible via our website and apply to all services offered by BAHH Hospitality Group Limited and BAHH Limited

1. Introduction These Terms of Business ("Terms") set out the agreement between BAHH Hospitality Group Limited and BAHH Limited ("we", "us", or "our") and any party ("you" or "Client") engaging our services. 

By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to these Terms, which are legally binding under English law. These Terms are accessible via our website and apply to all services offered by BAHH Hospitality Group. 

2. Scope of Services BAHH Hospitality Group Limited and BAHH Limited provides a wide range of services, including but not limited to: 

Consultancy on creating commercially viable serviced accommodation 

Property management

Interior design and space optimisation 

Housekeeping services 

Marketing and brand creation 

Clients engaging any of these services are subject to the terms outlined below. 

3. Consultancy Services and Liability for Client consultancy services, BAHH Hospitality Group Limited and BAHH Limited may agree to provide guidance and strategic input on a voluntary basis where both parties align on long-term goals. However, if you alter the project direction, discontinue collaboration, or benefit from our time, advice, or resources while choosing a different approach, you shall be liable for: 

Consultancy fees at the basic rate of £475.00 for the time invested 

Expenses related to site visits, research, and resource allocation 

Any third-party costs incurred by us in relation to the project 

4. Fees and Payments The pricing for our services will be outlined in the proposal and contract. Prices are subject to change if there are modifications to the project scope or materials. A payment schedule will be included in the contract, typically requiring design fees to be paid before work begins, with subsequent payments due at agreed milestones. Late payments may incur a fee as outlined in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule. Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract. Any refunds will be at our sole discretion. 

5. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring accurate and complete information about the project, including but not limited to measurements, existing conditions, and design preferences. You agree to provide us with access to the property as necessary to carry out the services. Failure to do so may result in delays and additional charges. If third-party contractors are involved in the project, you are responsible for coordinating their work, unless we have agreed to manage this as part of the services. 

6. Changes to the Project Any changes requested by you after the design proposal has been approved may result in additional charges and changes to the project timeline. We reserve the right to make changes to the project as necessary, including but not limited to the substitution of materials or adjustments to the design. Any such changes will be communicated to you promptly. 

7. Materials and Products We may recommend or source materials and products for the project. You agree that final approval of all materials is your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays in delivery or storage issues related to materials and products, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any warranties on materials and products are provided by the manufacturers or suppliers, not by us. We will assist you in addressing any warranty claims as necessary. 

8. Project Timeline The project timeline will be outlined in the design proposal and contract. While we strive to adhere to the estimated completion date, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, supply chain issues, or third-party contractors. 

9. Limitation of Liability Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for those services. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

10. Termination We reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment or breach of these Terms. You may terminate the contract at any time, subject to payment for all work completed and any materials purchased up to the date of termination. 

11. Intellectual Property All designs, drawings, plans, and other materials created by us remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials without our express written permission. 

12. Confidentiality Any information, strategies, or insights provided by us shall remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these without explicit written consent. 

13. Governing Law This agreement is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 14. Acceptance of Terms By making a payment for any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Business. These terms are publicly available on our website and apply to all service engagements.
